Final Design Phase

In the previous phases, the emphasis was still on the spatial layout and the form, but now the materialization plays a central role. The architectural appearance of the building will be determined. The latter takes place both at the level of the overall view and the detail and at the level of both the exterior and the interior. If you wish, an element budget can now also be drawn up. This so-called DO budget provides a realistic approach to the construction costs of the project and offers the possibility to adapt the design to your budget, before applying for the environmental permit and starting the further technical elaboration. The materials, finishes and colors to be used are determined in a materials and color statement. The phase ends with the presentation of the final design.
