During construction, the architect will chair the construction meetings and prepare the reports and/or make working visits and ensure that construction is carried out according to drawings and specifications. In addition, he has ad hoc consultations with the contractor and advises on unforeseen matters. The architect supplies any revision drawings, manages the additional and less work and draws up the delivery report together with the contractor.
