Execution design phase

Often as a result of contract negotiations, design adjustments are necessary. Execution phase is reserved to finalize execution technology, materialization and detailing with the chosen contractor. On the basis of the contractor's budget and quotation, the architect makes the necessary changes to the technical drawings so that the final result is consistent with the agreed changes and the budget.
